Los autores analizan los FMP en funci\u00f3n de dos caracter\u00edsticas clave: el grado de participaci\u00f3n activa de las comunidades locales (intensidad) y el grado de integraci\u00f3n del foro en procesos sociales o gubernamentales m\u00e1s amplios (arraigo).
